Who needs sleep, nutrition and exercise when we got masks, sanitizers and social distancing?

“Because our trusted health authorities have not mentioned even once the health benefits of good nutrition, exercise and sleep,” says comedian JP Sears, “we can rest assured that these immune-boosting health habits are now outdated. They’re like trans fats! But luckily our unhealthy looking health authorities are omitting these outdated harmful health habits because they care. And they’re routinely coaching us on the only four things we need to do.”

Yes, healthy living habits are out. All we need do is:

  1. Wear a mask.
  2. Socially distance.
  3. Hand sanitize.
  4. And stay inside.

In JP’s latest COVID skit (possibly his best) he shows you why these four disproven methods have been expounded to provide all the immune boosting benefits we once foolishly sought through walking in fresh air, sleeping until rested and eating leafy greens. You can watch it below…
