Florida Public Health caught inflating COVID-19 infection rates by a factor of ten

Many people see the explosion of corona positive cases in the “bad-boy” state of Florida as proof that anti-social distancing, muzzling yourself and bankrupting businesses really does stop the spread of this common cold virus.

Yet Fox 35 News reported last week: “Centra Care, AdventHealth’s urgent care chain, was only reporting positive results to the state, alongside hundreds of other test sites and labs.”

But apparently this wasn’t the laboratory’s fault. They were just taking orders. (Orders! Vich must be obeyed at all times vitout qvestion!) In an email, AdventHealth’s communication manager told FOX 35 News: “The state’s direction to Centra Care was to only report positive cases, so that’s what they are doing. You would have to ask the state why they would assign a percentage without having the total.”

After adding negative tests results to the case total, Florida’s COVID infection rate dropped from 98% to 9.7% according Dr. George Ralls with Orlando Health (referenced in the same article).

As Dr. Joseph Mercola’s recent analysis of COVID testing opens: “The only consistent thing about COVID-19 testing and reporting, so far, is their inconsistency. … Faulty or contaminated tests have been used and reporting guidelines have been changed and updated multiple times, virtually eliminating any possibility of accurately tracking infected cases and deaths.”

Yet, even a positive test only suggests the presence of the coronavirus, not the the sometimes deadly disease known as COVID-19, as I will talk about in the next post.
