Cockroaches, not COVID, killing nursing home residents in Ontario

An infestation of “ants and cockroaches plus unknown” was one of many observations made in the Canadian Armed Forces’s report into the state of five Ontario long-term care homes (made public on Tuesday).

“Significant gross fecal contamination was noted in numerous patient rooms,” the report exposes. “Nearly a dozen incidents of bleeding fungal infections.”

Or how about this: Feeding tubes “not being changed in so long the contents had become foul.”

Lastly, I’ve compiled a list of the 19 worst observations made by the military. If you can stomach it, you can read the list here.

The government has been stripping citizens of their freedom in order to keep nursing home residents “safe” from COVID-19; while untouched food rots in their rooms as underfed seniors lay in soiled diapers.

Cockroaches. “High risk of dosing errors” with expired medications. Underfeeding. “Bed bound for several weeks.” Unsterile supplies.

Yeah, COVID-19 is killing them. Flatten the curve!

How dare they allow this type of abuse and then use the resulting deaths as justification to turn the country into a police state.

Should we not be calling for the immediate resignation (without pension) of all officials who have supported this COVID-19 smokescreen? Prison would be better. I’m working on such a letter which others can use as a template. Stay tuned.
